NOUS Anti-Gaspi is a chain of grocery store that aims to reduce food waste.

With two main objectives, to offer producers and manufacturers the opportunity to revalue their downgraded and unsold products at a fair price and to offer a new way of consuming that puts common sense first, and that is smart, qualitative and eco-responsible, NOUS anti-gaspi joins the battle against the million tons of food waste every year.
